1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arev(“the Service”), operated by PRO SIA, a company registered in Latvia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Arevis a web application that generates text transcripts from Armenian-language YouTube videos using AI-powered speech recognition. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of transcriptions, or availability of specific features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit and the transcripts you generate. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You have the right to access and transcribe the YouTube content you submit, or the content is publicly available.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Copyright & Content Use

Arev is a transcription tool intended for accessibility, personal use, research, and educational purposes. The Service does not grant you any rights to the underlying audio or video content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated transcripts complies with copyright law and the rights of content creators.

You must not use the Service to redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, or threaten any person.
• Engage in bulk or automated scraping of YouTube content.
• Circumvent copyright protections or digital rights management.
• Generate transcripts for the purpose of creating misleading or deceptive content.
• Overload, impair, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Arev offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the selected billing cadence.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@getarev.com.
• Price changes:We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRO SIA and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRO SIA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion:

• Your account profile and transcript data will be removed from the active service immediately.
• Your transcripts and associated data will be deleted.
• Payment records will be retained for 7 years as required by law.
• If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
